Project Overview: Full Home Remodel & Luxury Pool Addition in West Hollywood
This West Hollywood home remodel represents a total transformation designed to meet the sophisticated standards of the Sunset Strip area. The project included a complete interior renovation along with a full backyard transformation that features a new custom pool and lounge area. Natural wood finishes, wide-plank flooring, oversized marble slabs, elegant lighting, and minimalist detailing bring elegance, warmth and character throughout the home. Highlights include the statement waterfall kitchen island, custom built-ins, spa-style bathroom, and vaulted living room ceilings with exposed beams.
Large glass openings and an open-concept layout allow this space to feel brighter, more connected, and distinctly California. To achieve this vision, we worked closely with the City of West Hollywood (WeHo) Planning Division to ensure full compliance with hillside drainage requirements and pool safety standards. This project stands as a premier example of luxury renovations in West Hollywood, blending modern architectural excellence with the technical precision required for high-end WeHo residential construction

Every now and then, you luck up on an honest contractor. Ben is one of those guys. I had a handyman do subpar work on my shed. Ben came out and gave me a lot of great advice — free of charge and without concern of whether or not I was going to hire him. He was extremely helpful and even referred me to his trusted electrician to deal with directly. He also made another call for me to research what I needed to do to make other items up to code. Again, for free. I wish there were more…
