The vision for this full-scale remodel was to create a home that felt natural, open, yet day-to-day elevated. We combined modern architecture with warm textures and open-concept living style to achieve a space that feels both high-end and deeply livable.
Overview
The project included a complete interior renovation along with a full backyard transformation that features a new custom pool and lounge area. Natural wood finishes, wide-plank flooring, oversized marble slabs, elegant lighting, and minimalist detailing bring elegance, warmth and character throughout the home. Highlights include the statement waterfall kitchen island, custom built-ins, spa-style bathroom, and vaulted living room ceilings with exposed beams.
Large glass openings and an open-concept layout allow this space to feel brighter, more connected, and distinctly California.

Every now and then, you luck up on an honest contractor. Ben is one of those guys. I had a handyman do subpar work on my shed. Ben came out and gave me a lot of great advice — free of charge and without concern of whether or not I was going to hire him. He was extremely helpful and even referred me to his trusted electrician to deal with directly. He also made another call for me to research what I needed to do to make other items up to code. Again, for free. I wish there were more…
