Where boutique spaces meets home living
The vision for this remodel and addition was to create a home that felt architectural yet relaxed; strikingly modern in design, yet a space built for years of memories. A minimalist approach was utilized throughout this project to create a strong connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding hillside.
Overview
Outside, the home nods to its boutique charm with a dramatic pool and intentional lounge spaces. The outdoor area was designed to feel expansive and immersive, blending layered hardscape textures, water features, and open areas into one cohesive experience.
Inside, soft natural stone, wide-plank flooring, and custom lighting bring texture and depth into the space without overwhelming it. Highlights include the dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted living spaces flooded with natural light, a sleek open kitchen with integrated finishes, and a spa-inspired primary bathroom with a walk-in wet room and soaking tub.

Every now and then, you luck up on an honest contractor. Ben is one of those guys. I had a handyman do subpar work on my shed. Ben came out and gave me a lot of great advice — free of charge and without concern of whether or not I was going to hire him. He was extremely helpful and even referred me to his trusted electrician to deal with directly. He also made another call for me to research what I needed to do to make other items up to code. Again, for free. I wish there were more…
